Dr. Bob Collier is a former Animal Sciences Department head who has had a distinguished career in the field of dairy sciences. Prior to joining the University of Arizona in 1999, he worked as a professor of dairy science at the University of Florida and was also the Dairy Research Director for the Monsanto Company. Currently, Dr. Collier teaches undergraduate courses and conducts research in the fields of environmental physiology with a focus on the dairy industry.
